The Return of the “Magic Bullet”
In 1908, the German scientist Paul Ehrlich coined the term “Zauberkugel” – magic bullet – envisioning a drug that could target disease with pinpoint accuracy while sparing healthy tissue. Over a century later, antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) aim to fulfill that vision. An ADC couples a
